Etimaad has been engaged in oil and gas projects since 2007, got yet another breakthrough in the oil and gas sector in Pakistan by winning their first contract at Adam X-1 Hala Early Production Facility. Etimaad is responsible for equipment erection (electrical, mechanical), laying of electrical power and control cables, installation and testing of field instrumentation and control systems including motor control center, erection and testing of plant piping, fabrication and erection of steel structure and pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. The work on a fast track will be completed within 2 months.

The facility owner and operator is Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) with a 65 % stake. PPL made this natural gas and condensate discovery in 2006-07 from its exploratory well Adam X 1 at Hala Block in District Sanghar, Sindh, Pakistan. The award is a proof of the confidence Weatherford and PPL have in Etimaad.
