Once fully setup, Etimaad manufacturing shop will spread over an area of 100,000 square meters. The facility will;
-
Be equipped with a state of the art automatic spool fabrication,
-
Manufacture pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, conventional boilers/waste heat boilers, and
-
Manufacture pre-engineered skid packages.
The shop will have the capability to deliver over 100,000 tons of fabricated equipment for oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, power, fertilizer, cement and sugar industries. The design and manufacturing processes in the shop will follow the latest and stringent QHSE standards with ASME, ISO and European Union CE certifications.
